Founder of NOI Estate. Before moving into advisory, he spent years at Moody's in Frankfurt analyzing financial risk. He brings that same discipline to every real estate decision today: close, demanding, with the same honesty he'd want for himself.

Nina

Co-founder of NOI Estate. As present in the investment decision as in the day-to-day management of the rental and the asset. She guides big decisions — for her, the real work starts where others consider it done.

Why we started this

In international real estate advisory, we saw the same pattern again and again: decisions worth hundreds of thousands of euros made with less rigor than much smaller investments. "Advisors" who don't give the process the analysis, diligence or seriousness a decision like that deserves.

Axel came from years analyzing financial risk at Moody's in Frankfurt, where a poorly grounded decision isn't an opinion — it's a measurable error. Nina came from marketing, with a trained eye for what truly connects with people and how to guide someone through an important decision. Two perspectives that couldn't be more different — analysis and people — which together cover what almost no real estate advisor covers alone.

That's how NOI Estate was born: to treat every investment decision with the same rigor we'd demand if it were our own money, and with the same closeness we'd expect if we were the ones making it.
